Job Type: Full-Time Location: Hill AFB: UT Clearance Requirement: Top Secret AERMOR is seeking qualified candidates for the position of ICBM Suitability Analyst to join our team at Hill AFB, Utah. Responsibilities: Apply a strong skillset in ICBM nuclear weapons maintenance to test and evaluate advanced ICBM reentry systems, reentry vehicles, weapons storage areas/weapons generation facilities, and related maintenance/test equipment. Work with AFOTEC test teams to ensure AFOTEC test plans include adequate measures of effectiveness (MOE) and suitability (MOS). Participate in all relevant Developmental and Integrated testing, and conduct Operational Test, collect data where appropriate, perform data analysis, and report the results of each test event. Develop plans for the execution of operational testing and reporting on the reliability, maintainability, and availability of ICBM Systems. Identify, develop, and/or apply analytical techniques, methodologies, and tools for supporting AFOTEC testing and assessments. Support analysis of current and future test/assessment capabilities. Translate military users' needs from acquisition program requirements to testable metrics. Participate in Integrated Test Teams (ITT) and engage program policies, developers, subject matter experts and the user community. Identify and/or develop integrated test opportunities during developmental testing. Analyze and report on related developmental and integrated testing applicable to future operational testing. Document analysis and test techniques for use in test design, planning, executing and reporting of operational test activities. Develop and deliver execution briefings and debriefings. Review and update documentation. Develop and prepare a variety of correspondence and other documentation, i.e., formal letters, position papers, reports, studies, staff summary packages, briefings, charts, bullet background papers, etc. Attend reliability, maintainability, and availability working groups, planning teams, test events, or other meetings and conferences. TRAVEL: 0-2 trips per month in CONUS, more frequent during active testing. Qualifications: 10 or more years' experience as a trained and certified Nuclear Weapons Specialist at an operational ICBM Wing. Hands-on Peacekeeper and/or Minuteman III ICBM nuclear weapons (RS/RV maintenance) experience. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university. Test experience at the MAJCOM or service level. Knowledge of electrical and mechanical principles; safety and security requirements for nuclear weapons; interpreting block diagrams and technical orders; and proper handling, use, and disposal of hazardous waste and materials.
