Volt is immediately hiring for Seasonal Warehouse Workers in Waco, Texas.
As a Seasonal Warehouse Worker, you will:
- Perform daily/weekly/monthly maintenance on equipment to ensure optimum output.
- Prepare inks for proper color and consistency.
- Check paper for type, size, color, and quantity.
- Check plates for correct format.
- Visually inspect forms throughout the run for quality.
- Coordinate with the Production Team to produce and prioritize jobs, and when necessary, reorganize to meet deadline changes and updates.
- Maintain knowledge of safety requirements of the job and equipment.
This is a full-time opportunity, with lots of overtime
The ideal candidate will have:
- Ability to set adjustable mechanisms to required tolerances.
- High degree of mathematical skills and attention to detail.
- High degree of mechanical ability.
- Good reading ability.
- Ability to communicate and exchange accurate information and ideas so others will understand.
- Ability to remain in a stationary position regularly.
- Ability to operate machinery and handle products, including print materials.
- Ability to move inside the facility frequently.
- Ability to move up to 25+ pounds (lift, push, pull, and/or carry) regularly.
Pay Rate: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour. 3 month project - October - December.
$15 - 1st shift 6:00am to 2:30pm
$16 - 2nd shift 2:30pm to 11:00pm
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
