Strategic Competition Analyst Job Category: Training Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US The Opportunity: The Strategic Competition Analyst will serve as a member of the CACI contract team supporting U.S. Air Force (USAF) Headquarters, Air Education and Training Command's Competencies Division (HQ AETC/A3J) in the Directorate for Operations and Communications (HQ AETC/A3/6) at Joint Base San Antonio Randolph in San Antonio, Texas. Represent AETC/A3J at meetings, conferences, workshops, and virtual communications. Develop and present BP-related briefings and other correspondence to AETC leadership and other stakeholders. Responsibilities: Develop professional education and training responses to questions on command education and training competencies and resourcing issues from DoD activities, HQ USAF, HQ AETC, Numbered Air Forces, MAJCOMS, and various federal agencies as they relate to competition, readiness training and competencies development. Manage all activity associated with planning and executing training for assigned programs. Develop and implements projects designed to establish improved procedures and baselines for the technical training process for competency-based training, with minimal guidance accurately and in a timely manner. Develop new competencies and training programs for USAF Partner Nations to include processing foreign disclosure reviews of course materials to ensure the courses can be released to the requesting countries. Develop and present building partnership-related briefings and other correspondence to AETC leadership and other stakeholders. Qualifications: Required: Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science or equivalent. Must have at least 5 years as a program manager. Must have at least 5 years as an instructional system designer. Must have at least 5 years of Air Force MAJCOM and/or HQ Air Force staff officer experience. Must have at least 3 years of experience in military training to include requirements analysis, planning, and resource programming. Current Secret (NATO) U.S. Government security clearance or ability to acquire the clearance. Desired: Ability to serve on teams with demonstrated strong written and verbal communications skills and strong attention to detail skills. Served as an in-residence and/or online instructor. Ability to utilize generative artificial intelligence to produce engaging training materials. Experience producing interactive multi media instruction using Adobe Rise or Storyline or comparable product. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
