Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Data Systems Analyst to join our team. The position is hybrid and requires working at Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX, at least two days per week with the possibility of occasional travel (less than 10%). Responsibilities: Interview customers and work on site with them to understand and document their current state data ecosystem, including their systems, interfaces, data flows, business processes, and data products. Articulate the current state data ecosystem and their challenges to the ManTech project team and stakeholders. Elicit and manage requirements related to resolving challenges encountered. Support the ManTech project teams that design and develop data solutions. Research, identify, propose, and brief current and emerging data technology concepts. Facilitate data-related workshops with multiple stakeholders. Identify risks and develop impact analyses to technology, business objectives, and schedule. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree 8+ years of data systems analysis experience Experience with as-is current state discovery of data assets, their interfaces, and their data flows (e.g., source-to-target mapping) Experience eliciting, documenting, and managing requirements Experience with AWS Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Informatica PowerCenter AWS certification Experience as a consultant Experience with public sector customers Experience with US Air Force Security Clearance Requirements: US citizenship with a Secret level clearance. Physical Requirements: Must be able to commute to Randolph Air Force Base in San Antonio, TX, at least two days per week. Must be able to travel (10% or less). Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50%. Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer. The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers, which may involve delivering presentations. Must be able to exchange accurate information in these situations.
