Job Summary:
We're looking for a Pharmacy Operations Manager to join our PharmScript team. In this role, you will be responsible for all management, coordination, and implementation of designated pharmacy initiatives. These initiatives include, but are not limited to, pharmacy remodels, new construction, floor re-designs, best practice implementation, strategic initiative rollouts, staffing support management, and employee training. The Pharmacy Operations Manager will be responsible for helping all pharmacies achieve and maintain compliance and relevant pharmacy laws, regulations, and standard operating procedures. In addition, this role will be responsible for coordinating with regional site leadership to provide staffing support as needed to each network pharmacy. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail and is an effective communicator. They are always a team player, eager to jump in where needed and collaborate with others to support the goals of the pharmacy and needs of customers.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the Quality and Regulatory Affairs teams to ensure product integrity, regulatory compliance and conformance to all applicable State and Federal Laws
Participate in the monitoring and maintaining an impactful staffing program within areas of direct payroll that drive cost savings, company efficiencies and service improvements, across various functions and businesses
Drive operational excellence by fostering a culture of continuous improvement through a highly participative, team-oriented, and empowered workforce
Implement targeted best practice initiatives
Other strategic projects as designated
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of directly relevant experience
Direct pharmacy management experience
Previous experience implementing policies and procedures Project management experience

May sit or stand seven (7) to ten (10) hours per day
