Job Description:
The job duties for this role are as follows: The ability to oversee all of the Installation and Repair with in the network. Knowledge of fiber plant the connectivity to customer homes (FTTH) for services. The ability to train and mentor more junior I&R managers to gain efficiencies and improve operational success. This individual needs to have worked in the field and have hands on expertise with customer installation and repairs, to include Splicing-Testing-Activations-Troubleshooting services.

Work Environment:
This position will work from the Home office on Southlake/Keller, TX area but will require field and warehouse visits from time to time. This is a standard OSP Field role.
Business Drivers/Customer Impact:
The main driver behind this need is based the lack of knowledge with him current I&R management team. They promoted and large number of Sr. Installation Techs into local manager roles and they need a Sr. Manager to help train and mentor the more junior team members to upskill their expertise and prove processes and drive efficiencies. They need to upskill their current I&R management team, and want to bring in someone to provide leadership and support.
