We are seeking a Pump Service Coordinator to support our aftermarket repair and upgrade business in our PRO Services shop based out of either our Houston PRO or Baton Rouge PRO facilities. Building on centuries of pump design experience, PRO Services provides an array of services focuses on reducing equipment total cost of ownership and increasing plant output, including condition monitoring, predictive maintenance contracts, field service, engineered upgrades, inventory management, and overhauls for pumps and other rotating equipment. The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for scoping, quoting, planning, scheduling, and after sales support for US Field Service and related aftermarket services.
Essential Responsibilities:
May include:
Support all aspects of Field Service projects including quoting, scheduling, resourcing, technical support, invoicing, and payment resolution.
Interface with Sales, Customers, Service Specialists to facilitate successful completion of Field Service projects.
Provide technical support to Field Service team as required.
Assist in resolving difficult or complex technical problems arising during field service project execution.
Work independently to plan and schedule jobs.
Maintain Field Service Specialist Safety Training records.
Maintain/track field service assets.
Occasionally domestic travel to Job Sites to perform Job Walks to scope opportunities (
Other duties as assigned.
Perform additional projects/duties to support ongoing business needs.
Position Requirements:

Education:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
Vocational/ Technical Degree preferred
Experience:
5 Years' Experience in Industrial Rotating Equipment Repair/Service.
Prior experience in planning and scheduling field service projects including plant outages, push/pulls, installations and commissioning, etc.
Work Environment:

The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Must be able to wear personal protective equipment - as required by PPE Assessment. The noise level in the work environment is usually noisy as most of the activity occurs in a machine repair shop environment.

The salary offered to a candidate is based several factors such as candidate experience and qualifications, location, as well as market and business considerations.
Equal Pay Act Range:
From $50,300 to $74,900 at an hourly rate.
