Job Description:

  • Coordinate and process Commercial Paper and YCD transactions
  • Coordinate and process Companies Deposit transactions
  • Calculate breakage costs on transactions
  • Provide financial tools, advice, and analysis to managers
  • Ensure alignment of key company strategies with financial budgets and forecasts
  • Coordinate the creation of new products
  • Develop financial models that provide long-term planning insight
  • Assess the financial impacts of policy and operational issues
  • Proactively work to further automate the monthly variance analysis, trending analysis, and forecasting to drive process improvements and increase financial accuracy
  • Respond to special requests for financial data ensuring accurate and timely input for key decision makers
  • Ongoing evaluation to streamline processes and improve effectiveness
  • Confer with clients and counterparties by telephone or in person to provide information about products or services
  • Compile required documentation for account opening process
  • Update profiles and open accounts using BSA Radar when necessary
  • Check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems
  • Maintain and develop new institutional relationships
  • Filing and other organization of information
  • Other projects/duties as assigned
  • Must have regular and predictable attendance and work the hours and/or shifts assigned, particularly during regular business hours, to communicate with colleagues, supervisors, and customers with whom interaction is required to accomplish and complete work assignments and meet company goals within established deadlines
  • Must maintain courteous, professional and effective internal and external working relationships
  • Must provide timely and appropriate responses to requests for information and/or customer complaints or concerns and provide appropriate follow up to ensure issues are resolved
  • Must receive and provide clear, constructive feedback in a cooperative and professional manner'
  • Ability to understand, speak, read and write English and Spanish
  • Effectively speaking before groups of customers or employees
  • Assume evolving duties and responsibilities of position
  • Work all hours required to fulfill job duties and responsibilities (including, weekends, evenings and holidays as needed)
