For more information about DAWSON, please visit Job Summary: As a Travel & Expense Specialist I, you will be responsible for supporting and processing employee travel requests, auditing expense reports according to company policy, providing guidance on corporate card reconciliation, tracking corporate credit card statements, and assisting with the month-end close process. Annual Salary: $45,000- $55,000 based on experience and interview. Responsibilities: Ensure employee expense claims are processed accurately and paid timely Audit expense reports as per Travel & Expense policy. Provide guidance to users for resolving corporate card reconciliation questions. Track various corporate credit card statement spend reconciliation and summary reports. Support month- end close process. Other Duties as assigned. Qualifications: 2+ years of experience working in Accounts Payable. Knowledge of Costpoint or ERP Software is highly desirable. Confidentiality, managing processes, developing procedures, thoroughness, innovative, customer service oriented, attention to detail, excel experience, general math skills, and data entry skills preferred Working Conditions: This position is primarily based in an office environment.
