Roles & Responsibilities:

- Travel Planning Assistance: Help business and leisure clients with their travel plans.
- Complete Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, car rentals, and other transportation at the best rates.
- Understand Customer Needs: Determine customers schedules and budget preferences.
- Plan Tours & Excursions: Arrange exciting tour packages, day trips, and excursions.
- Provide Fare & Schedule Info: Keep clients updated on fares and schedules.
- Calculate Travel Costs: Provide transparent cost calculations for total travel expenses.
- Make Reservations: Book travel, hotels, rental cars, and special events like tours and excursions.
- Detail Trip Information: Inform clients about necessary documents, such as passports or visas.
- Offer Travel Advice: Provide tips on local weather, customs, attractions, and more.
- Handle Booking Changes: Make alternative arrangements if plans change before or during trips.
- Client Communication: Assist with writing emails to clients.
- Utilize Preferred Vendors: Use preferred vendors to minimize expenses.
- Team Collaboration: Work with the team to service travel needs, including ticket processing and travel credits.

Requirements:

- Must be 18+ years old
- Must have a computer and/or smartphone with internet access
- Must be a citizen and authorized to work in the United States OR Mexico
- Must be fluent in English
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must have excellent communication skills (a sales background is a plus but not required)
