RATE RANGE: $55-68/hour

Tasks and Responsibilities:
Establish the product vision, success criteria, and roadmap based on optimizing business opportunities or mitigating user problems.
Collaboratively create a backlog of product features, user scenarios, data analytics, and integrations to deliver a whole product.
Leverage research and data to act as the voice of the customer.
Define and measure key product success criteria that ensure customer usability, engagement, and adoption of the digital capabilities.
Lead the agile team to deliver measurable value on a predictable cadence.
Contribute to the overall digital strategic direction and business objectives to deliver value for customers, partners, and employees.
Lead by example the use of data to inform business and operational decisions.
Collaborate with and influence senior leaders, product designers, developers, vendors, researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful product strategies and product/ feature launches.
Recommend and implement changes to products, processes, or business practices to ensure an exceptional digital experience based on data, research, and business objectives.
Collaborate with Portfolio Management and Project Management teams to prioritize, plan, and status projects.
Drive agile delivery while recognizing that prudent risk mitigation for a public utility is paramount as we up-level our digital interactions with customers, employees, and partners.
Lead projects that define the digital transformation strategy, including content, design, research, and development activities.
Employs design thinking to bring world-class experiences to market across multiple touch points.
Oversee the quality of outputs from contractors and vendors who participate in the product life cycle.
Must Have:
Either a bachelor's degree in interaction design, computer science, information systems, human centered interaction, or related field or equivalent years of experience conceptualizing, designing, and launching digital experiences.
Experience working in a technologically advanced company; to include experience as a digital product owner or designer.
A portfolio or multiple writing examples that demonstrate the ability to make design / product decisions and explain the design rationale.
Experience writing requirements, epics, use cases, user scenarios and other assets to convey the product intent to various disciplines for feedback, approval, and signoff.
Experience in planning and facilitating workshops that uncover stakeholder expectations and user needs and translating the feedback into low fidelity designs.
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience working in a technology-advanced company as either a product manager, product designer, or similar discipline.
Experience applying agile, design thinking, or user centered design approaches to launch digital products.
Relevant information technology and/or business experience, including work within a digital function.
Strong understanding and experience with user research and data analytics.
Proficient in running workshops, establishing and managing backlogs, and delivering iterative value.
Experience using feedback, research, or analytics, to inform product and design decisions.
Preferred Qualifications:
