HotFoot Recruiters is excited to partner with a multinational government services provider to fill the position of Senior HR Business Partner (HRBP). This role is based in San Antonio, Texas, and is focused on providing HR leadership and operational support for different government service contracts.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the HR function for Government Services, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and client-specific regulations, and manage all HR services across the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, compensation, and employee relations.
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and processes aligned with business goals, ensuring effective HR service delivery in a fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environment.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for leaders, managers, and employees, providing guidance on HR matters, including employee relations, organizational development, and change management.
  • Collaborate with global HR teams and COEs (Centers of Excellence) to deliver HR services that support local and regional operations, ensuring alignment with global HR practices and standards.
  • Manage workforce planning, recruitment, and onboarding for the San Antonio site, ensuring compliance with client contracts.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on performance management, employee development, and succession planning, enhancing the organization's leadership capabilities.
  • Monitor and report on HR metrics, ensuring continuous improvement in HR service delivery and supporting decision-making with data-driven insights.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Professional HR qualification (e.g., SHRM) preferred.
  • 10+ years of experience as a senior HRBP or HR generalist, with a strong background in managing HR operations across the full employee lifecycle.
  • Experience in government services, medical, or military health is a huge PLUS.
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and the ability to apply them in a complex, fast-paced environment.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with business leaders, employees, and HR teams across multiple locations and time zones.
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills, with the ability to navigate a matrixed organizational structure and drive HR initiatives.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and experience with data analytics to inform HR strategy and operations.
  • Fluency in English is required; the ability to speak Spanish or any other language is an advantage.
