Job description



We are in search of a Retirement Plan Administrator, for a wonderful client in San Antonio, Texas!

This is a direct hire, on site in person traditional workplace.

Daily Duties and Functions will include:

Manage the administration of 401(K) accounts for active and terminated participants.

Monitor daily trading activity in 401(K) accounts.

Coordinate with Payroll department for 401(K), catch-up, and loan deductions.

Create and maintain 401(K) forms and documentation.

Process loans, distributions, and rollovers for active and terminated participants.

Assist Chief Benefits Administrator with employer matching, audit, year-end, and reporting projects

Prepare new participant and termination packets consistent with the plan valuation documents.

Provided written and verbal communication relative to the administration process to clients.

Ensured timely transmission of all required forms to the clients

Other administrative duties as it pertains to the 401(K) plans.

Maintaining client relationships.

Requirements

Local to San Antonio, Texas

Bachelor's degree in business, finance, human resources, or related field.

Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills.

Intermediate abilities within Excel.

Excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
