Job Description Metronome is seeking an experienced OODO SME/ERP System Administrator to join our team on Platform 1. This role requires a highly skilled professional with a strong background in overseeing and managing ERP systems, ensuring their optimal performance, security, and availability. ERP System Administration:
Manage and maintain ERP systems, ensuring high availability and performance.
Perform system configurations, upgrades, and patches to ensure system integrity and security.
Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement effective solutions.
Manage user accounts, permissions, and roles within the ERP system.
Subject Matter Expert (SME):
Serve as the SME for ERP-related technologies and processes.
Provide technical guidance and support to team members and stakeholders.
Develop and implement best practices for ERP system administration and management.
Stay updated on the latest ERP trends, technologies, and security practices.
Platform 1 Integration:
Integrate ERP systems with Platform 1, ensuring seamless interoperability.
Collaborate with Platform 1 engineers and developers to optimize system performance.
Participate in the design and implementation of new features and enhancements.
Security and Compliance:
Ensure ERP systems comply with DoD security standards and regulations.
Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify and mitigate risks.
Implement security measures to protect sensitive data and maintain system integrity.
Documentation and Reporting:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of ERP system configurations, processes, and procedures.
Generate and present regular reports on system performance, security, and compliance.
Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders on ERP functionalities and best practices. Required Skills Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP system administration, preferably within a DoD environment.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics).
Strong understanding of system integration, database management, and network infrastructure.
Experience with Platform 1 and related technologies.
Familiarity with security protocols and compliance standards (e.g., NIST, FISMA).
Strong Knowledge of Kubernetes, Cloud Security, Cybersecurity, IT operations, Site reliability and system administration
Certifications:
Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+) are highly desirable.
Security Clearance:
Active TS/SCI clearance or the ability to obtain one.
Soft Skills:
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
