Position: Litigation Attorney

I am partnered with a well-established company in the legal industry that is searching for a Litigation Attorney. This law firm is dedicated to providing its clients with outstanding legal services, specializing in the development and trial of catastrophic and complex personal injury, product liability, commercial, and employment cases. This is an amazing opportunity for candidates who are seeking to contribute their experience and expertise in the field of Civil Litigation defense. This law firm has some of the best performance based bonuses in San Antonio. The Ideal candidate will have 3-10 years of litigation experience; trial experience is preferred.

Responsibilities of the Litigation Attorney:

• Handle a caseload of insurance defense litigation matters from inception to resolution
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis and recommendations to clients
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Conduct depositions, prepare witnesses, and participate in trial and mediation proceedings
• Collaborate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and internal teams to build strong cases

Skills of the Litigation Attorney:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction, with 3-10 years of experience in insurance defense litigation
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
