Job Details Job Description Task Area Team Lead
•Hiring Manager - Participates in candidate recruitment, interview, selection and on-boarding activities.
•Responsible to Site Lead for the Management/Execution of PWS Support Activities for subordinate staff across all shifts.
•Responsible for Data collection and reporting of performance activities in weekly and monthly activity reports.
•First level of escalation for Government shift leads to resolve performance issues with subordinate staff. General
•In support of Network/Cyberspace Operations mission, deliver AFIN metrics and trend analysis.
•Researches, analyzes, and designs information systems to meet the needs of an organization that will integrate with existing and future systems.
•Consults with users to identify current operating procedures, problems, and requirements.
•Designs models and utilizes analysis and solution development methods, including process maps, flow charts, and diagrams.
•Scopes project costs and timelines.
•Documents installation, maintenance, and operating procedures.
•May create coding and logic specifications for developers.
•May provide a leadership role for the work group through knowledge in areas of specialization.
•Works on advanced, complex technical projects or business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge. Key Tasks and Responsibilities From PWS/SOW Tasks include: o Creating and improving metrics. o Establishing equipment performance thresholds. o Developing and maintaining Tier 0 website dashboards to give AF users, Base Communication Squadrons, Communication Focal Points and 690 COG personnel access to up-to-date information. o Reporting AFIN operational metrics in the WAR and MAR o Conducting and reporting trend analysis associated with AFIN metrics. o Providing measurements for quality of service (QoS), including customer satisfaction against established metrics. o Providing metrics and trend analysis in technical reports and briefings. Job Requirements: Education & Experience
•Requires a bachelor's degree, and 10+ years of related experience Certifications Required: o IAT II = CySA+, Security+, CCNA - Security, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP or higher.
•Desired: o ITIL v4 Foundation o ITIL v4 Specialist - Create, Deliver and Support o ITIL v4 Strategist - Direct Plan and Improve Security Clearance
•Top Secret Other (Travel, Work Environment, DoD 8570 Requirements, Administrative Notes, etc.)
•Shift - Days. This is a 24/7/365 mission and extended hours/days may be required.
