Responsibilities Do you want to be part of a team delivering technologies to the front line of our Nations cyber efforts? Peraton is looking for someone who can help deliver key JCWA capabilities and be a key contributor to our team as the Deputy Program Manager. You will be required to assist in defining the program scope and objective, organize, coordinate, and implement the program. Provide day-to-day program direction, ensuring quality standards, program tracking, and analysis of assigned aspects of the program for the Program Manager. Provide technical and analytic guidance to program team. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Active Top Secret clearance required, able to obtain and maintain TS/SCI
Recent Program Management experience (within the last 5 years), with minimum 3 years of experience managing multi-functional teams in the delivery of software, cyber, or IT solutions to the DoD in excess of $50M.
Minimum of Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Program Management, Business Management, Computer Science, Engineering, Government Contracting, Finance/Accounting, or related discipline. Prior military experience serving in a similar role can be substituted for education requirements
Required: PMP or equivalent certificationDesired Qualifications: Experience directly supporting or working at a Joint or Component Command Level
Experience in completing complicated or complex tasks with limited guidance
Experience in an agile development environment
Desired: INCOSE Associate System Engineering Professional (ASEP) Certification
Desired: Agile Certification or equivalent (e.g. SAFE, PMI-ACP, etc )
Ability to work from government and contractor site, limited opportunity for working remotely Target Salary Range $104,000 - $166,000.
