Senior Financial Analyst, Fidelity Digital Assets

Fidelity Digital Assets is an exciting new business unit that is focused on bringing emerging concepts to life in the digital asset arena and delivering those solutions to Fidelity clients and prospects. It is the first step towards a long-term vision to create a full-service enterprise-grade platform for storing, trading, and servicing eligible digital assets.

This Sr. Financial Analyst will be heavily involved in the process of continuing to build out the foundation of our Fidelity Digital Assets finance capabilities and will be asked to support and drive new projects that add value to the business. Some of the known key focus areas that will require support include:

Participate in the development & maintenance of financial data analytics with a focus on process improvement and reporting automation to help facilitate business insights

Partner across the business to determine current capacity needs and scope future capacity needs from new products and channels

Participate in the annual budget process, including meeting with functional leads, determining budget needs, and packaging details for senior leaders

Partner across the business to determine annual KPI's and facilitate scorecard reporting

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or equivalent

5+ years of financial planning, accounting, or program management experience

Demonstrated track record of successfully delivering monthly analytics and reporting

Experience in budgeting and planning, client level P&L and cost analysis a plus

Intellectual curiosity and familiarity with digital assets, including Bitcoin and Ethereum

Excellent written and verbal communications skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with business partners at varying levels of the organization.

Strong collaboration skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively with business partners to deliver outcomes.
