WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

Instructs, directs, and checks the work of a team of systems and process analysts in the fields of demand, supply, and inventory planning.

Oversees formulation and definition of systems scope and objectives based on both user needs and a thorough understanding of business systems and industry requirements.

Provides oversight and execution to insure business systems are efficiently supporting business processes on a day-to-day basis

Engages with business personnel to continually evaluate alignment of business processes and supporting systems with business strategy

Recommend innovative solutions for today's and tomorrow's supply chain disrupters

Initiates and leads short and long term process improvement initiatives and business system implementations.

Serves as a liaison between the business and IT for initiating and assisting in development of business systems.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $113,600 - $149,100 and will be based on the candidate's qualification, experience, and education.

Qualifications:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Requires at least 8 years related experience in demand, supply, and inventory planning

Comprehensive knowledge and extensive experience with SAP's IBP, Control Tower and S/4 Hana

Possesses full technical knowledge of systems analysis and has deep knowledge of the business implications of the application of technology to the current and future business environment.

Must be able to communicate effectively with both end users and IT staff.

Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Possesses a strong aptitude for employee development

Must be able to advise subordinates in order to meet schedules and resolve technical problems.

Lean Six Sigma background preferred
