WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
A Creative Services Manager at Lennox plays a pivotal role in bridging creativity and business strategy. The Creative Services Manager is responsible to ensure successful development and execution of complex content strategies and campaigns. The role oversees the creative team, ensuring all projects align with the company's brand vision and business objectives. This role involves ensuring the timely and budget-conscious delivery of all creative outputs, as well as managing the development and execution of creative strategies, leading a team of designers, video production, editors, and copywriters as well as outside partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership and Team Management: Lead and inspire the creative team, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.
Creative Strategy Development: Develop and implement creative strategies that align with the company's brand vision and business goals.
Project Oversight: Oversee all creative projects from conception to completion, ensuring they meet deadlines and budget constraints.
Collaboration: Work closely with marketing teams to develop compelling B2B and B2C campaigns, imagery, channel content and training assets while ensuring brand consistency.
Quality Control: Review and approve all creative deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards and align with the brand's identity.
Budget Management: Establish and manage the creative budget, allocating resources effectively.

The Compensation range for this position is approximately $98,400 - $129,150 and will be based on the candidate's qualification, experience, and education.
Qualifications:
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Proven experience as a manager of creative production or in a similar role, preferably within a large organization. Budget management and content planning required.
Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with a track record of inspiring and motivating a team, collaborating across teams and outside partners to ensure successful execution. Experience managing a group of designated cross-functional content creators and outside agencies.
Project Management: Excellent project management skills, with a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
Creative Expertise: Deep understanding of creative processes and techniques, including management of outsourcing work with agencies, production houses and editing teams. Management of Digital Asset Management tool. Responsible for the development, maintenance, and commercialization of Brand Guidelines. Proven history developing new and managing existing process to support content creation across channels.
Communication: Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry Experience: B2B and B2E experience in industries and oversight of creating campaign, video content, digital content and copy.
