We are looking for a pleasant Front Desk Representative to undertake all receptionist and clerical duties at the desk of our HQ in Westmont, IL. You will be the "face" of the company for all visitors and will be responsible for the first impression we make.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. Greeting and assisting our team members with a positive attitude and a customer-oriented approach is crucial.

The Receptionist will work closely with the Executive Assistant and while performing the job duties below, the role will remain interesting and challenging and will work with several departments.

Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests & employees

Answer questions and address complaints

Answer all incoming calls and redirect

Assist departments with clerical support and special projects

Receive & distribute letters, packages etc. and distribute

Prepare outgoing mail by drafting correspondence, securing parcels etc.

Manage, sort and forward emails

Inventory and ordering of office and kitchen supplies

Interact seamlessly and with a professional demeanor across a broad range of individuals including members of the executive team, vendors, employees, board of directors, and clients

Handle highly sensitive and confidential information while exercising professionalism and discretion

Qualifications:
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Outlook and Word)

Strong communication and people skills

Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities

Problem-solving skills

Customer service orientation

Self-motivated and self-directed
