Job description

This role is a key contributor to the Business Systems Support team. To ensure success in this role, one should have the ability to handle a variety of tasks simultaneously, must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and scheduling flexibility.

Duties and Responsibilities The below statements are intended to describe the general nature and scope of work being performed by this position. This is not a complete listing of all responsibilities, duties and/or skills required. Other duties may be assigned.

  • General Operational Responsibilities
  • Update and manage back-end work needed pre and post data merge along with updates and changes to existing programs, services, and software.
  • Provide support to incoming technicians and management for acquired lawn and pest brands during transition period
  • Communicate with personnel and outside agencies to exchange information, coordinate activities, and resolve issues or concerns; serve as a liaison between users, technicians, contractors, vendors, and others.
  • Prioritize and schedule requests for technical support services, ensure user needs are met and technical support issues are resolved in a timely manner.
  • Operate a variety of office equipment including a copier, fax machine, computer and assigned software.

Ability to conduct data analysis to compare and contrast data sets, and present findings regarding data merge and other related projects.

  • Must be available to travel periodically, estimate 30-35%
  • Utilize Microsoft 365 and business software.
  • Analyze current business processes and make recommendations for improvement based on industry trends and professional business knowledge
  • Work directly with acquired brands to understand the individual needs of the business
  • Create and present reports to team lead
  • Partner with team members on individual data migration/merge projects from mapping to go live to ensure successful implementation
  • Use a variety of data analysis and organization tools
  • Real Green by Workwave experience required
  • Service Titan experience preferred

Schedule: Monday to Friday, includes periodic Weekend travel to support migration needs

Pay: Base Salary
