Responsibilities:
Responsible for safely performing pipeline operations and maintenance in an assigned district comprising several miles of various pipeline sizes and associated station facilities. Must have people and task prioritizing skills to successfully schedule, supervise, direct, and manage several pipeline operators as well as contract personnel, vendors, regulatory field representatives, and the general public.

Accurate measurement of gas into and out of an assigned pipeline district.

Cost control of pipeline operations and maintenance in assigned district; Review and approve monthly invoices.

Proper operation and maintenance of pipeline facilities in accordance with Company procedures/policies and DOT regulations.

Coordinate, supervise, and inspect the construction of minor pipeline facilities in district or region.

Knowledge and/or experience with cathodic protection, measurement, and/or SCADA equipment is beneficial.

Supervision of Pipeline Operators; Manage and assure that all required environmental, health, and safety training is current and complete for all direct reports.

Understanding of Dehydration units and JT skids

Understand and ensure compliance reporting with applicable Federal and State agencies in a timely manner.

Ensure adherence of employees and contract personnel with company policies, standards, and procedures.

Manage and participate in Process Hazard Analysis (PHA), Management of Change (MOC), Process Safety Management (PSM), and the company's safety program with all employees.

Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED, required

10 years industry experience; required

Supervisory experience; preferred

Knowledge in operating and maintaining natural gas pipelines, station facilities, and NGL lines

Must have demonstrated a strong commitment to Safety

Must be fluent in English

Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally

Valid driver's license

Must have ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently

Must pass random DOT drug screening
