Overview:

Directs and controls the work process. Informs employees of schedules and goals. Trains new employees. Interprets company policies and procedures to employees, works with employees to resolve job problems. Organizes work site, delegates assignments, responsible for scheduling employees and notifying them of their start and quit time and evaluates work. Makes corrections and follows up to see that instructions have been carried out. Recommends disciplinary action or termination. Responsibilities will include signing in and out of truck drivers and completing appropriate paperwork. Keeps supervisor informed of schedules and job progress. Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in their work process. Listen to and work with employee grievances. Enforces and instructs on safety rules and regulations.

Maintain production and quality standards

Maintains area in a clean, safe and efficient manner at all times

Maintains and enforces all safety standards and regulations

Carries out company personnel policies and procedures in a fair and uniform manner.

Keeps Supervisor informed of all activities

May perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor
