Job Description

Role Summary: Supports other Summit Team members by assisting the service center in all aspects of operations. Often acts as a liaison between corporate credit, finance, payroll and other departments and the Service Center. Exceptional service to external and internal customers is critical to the success of an Operations Assistant.

Principal Accountabilities: (essential job functions)

Able to accurately enter information into SAP (and other systems if necessary).

Prepares for annual and other audits as necessary.

Communicates with vendors and Associates to resolve operations issues as necessary.

Performs a variety of operation related functions, including organizing training sessions, entering data into SAP, approving invoices, coding expenses, filling in for others (including receptionists), and CSRs.

Performs other related duties as assigned and as necessary depending on the location.
