Property Summary:

Stonebridge Ranch is a master planned community 35 miles Northeast of Dallas on 5,000 acres in McKinney, Texas and contains 10,000 single family homes and 35,000 residents.

Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Assistant to support our team in achieving operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented multitasker with exceptional communication skills, capable of managing a variety of administrative tasks with efficiency and professionalism.

Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.

Maintain organized filing systems and ensure timely retrieval of documents.

Assist with project management tasks, tracking progress and deadlines to ensure timely completion.

Serve as a liaison between departments, fostering effective communication and collaboration.

Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring an efficient work environment.

Handle incoming calls and inquiries, directing them to appropriate personnel as needed.

Maintain accurate records of resident information, service requests, and incident reports. Ensure confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.

Disseminate information regarding community rules, regulations, and upcoming events. Collaborate with management to ensure consistent messaging.

Facilitate communication between the board, homeowners, and vendors.

Qualifications:
Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably within an HOA or similar organization.

Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a positive attitude.

High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.

Education & Experience
• Five (5) years minimum of receptionist and administrative experience
• High School diploma or higher education
• Experience in residential multi-family or Homeowners Association
• Excellent communication skills, written, verbal, and active listening.
• Organizational and time management abilities
• Intermediate to Advanced competency in Microsoft Applications, particularly Word, Outlook, Excel, and Adobe

Pay and Benefits:

$18.00 to $20.00, depending on education and experience.
