Raytheon is looking for a Front-Line Leader at our McKinney Consolidated Manufacturing Center to assemble and tests some of the most advanced Electro-Optical Infrared products in the world. Manufacturing Supervisors supervise between 10 and 20 assembly operators and test technicians and perform a variety of tasks in guiding the team to assemble and or test these products to deliver the highest standard of quality equipment into the hands of the warfighter. We are looking for a Team Leader who thrives in a collaborative workspace. Supervisors develop and maintain performance metrics for their teams and are accountable for cost, quality, and schedule. This candidate will be tasked with implementing continuous improvement methods utilizing lean manufacturing principles and be capable of motivating their team to be involved in these improvements. This is a full time (minimum 40 hours per week) position. Availability to work occasional overtime during the week or on weekends to support customer needs. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years prior relevant experience.
Experience with information technology systems (SAP)
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer Experience of Foreign Object Debris (FOD) and FOD reduction/prevention methods
Experience with Microsoft Office 360 (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)
Prior management experience
Previous or current security clearance
Experience working in an engineering environment and reading engineering drawings

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products. DCSA Consolidated Adjudication Services (DCSA CAS), an agency of the Department of Defense, handles and adjudicates the security clearance process. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
