We are seeking a highly skilled Data Engineer with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in AWS Cloud, PySpark, and PL/SQL. This role involves managing complex projects, ensuring timely delivery, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities : -

Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure successful project completion.

Provide technical guidance and support to team members, leveraging expertise in AWS Cloud, PySpark, and PL/SQL.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of project tasks.

Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and addressing any issues or risks that may arise.

Develop and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and risk management plans.

Facilitate effective communication among stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct regular project reviews and post-implementation evaluations to identify areas for improvement and best practices.

Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.

Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment, promoting continuous learning and development.

Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and optimize project outcomes.

Drive innovation and process improvements to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.

Support the professional growth of team members through mentoring and coaching.

Qualifications

Possess a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Have 8 to 12 years of experience in program management, with a strong technical background.

Demonstrate expertise in AWS Cloud, PySpark, and PL/SQL.

Exhibit excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Show proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Display a strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.

Have a proven track record of successfully managing complex projects in a hybrid work model.

Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Show commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.

Exhibit strong analytical and decision-making skills. - Have experience in risk management and mitigation strategies.
