Description:

• Responsible for supporting the systems definition process in developing applications by ensuring that requirements are accurately reflecting the business processes and understood during the design and development of the application.
• Expert knowledge of the system requirements definition (RD) processes and modeling methods and tools.
• Expert knowledge of conceptual and logical modeling. Extremely high level of sound logic and analytical ability where problems are very unusual and difficult.
• Knowledge and understanding of Information Technology industry trends, directions, and market experience; ability to relate them to own organization.
• Familiarity with company's information architecture and information management methodologies.
• Familiarity with the existing and planned software technology and the global, regional, and local software architecture and infrastructure components.
• Demonstrates a deep understanding of emerging technologies and trends that could impact the field and the business.
• Makes complex ideas or situations clear, simple, and/or understandable.
• Familiarity with organizational systems, business, and data processes. Alters normal procedures to eliminate lateral roadblocks to get a job done and/or meet a customer request. Interfaces with senior management to provide and obtain information and to build consensus regarding project direction.
• Ability to work with business representatives and apply business expertise to ensure quality and accuracy in articulating the business needs into technical application requirements.
• Highly developed oral and written communication skills and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead, manage, plan, and direct the work of business systems analysis personnel.

Three Skills: -

• 2-3+ years' experience in using Power Automate, Power BI, Python, Automation Anywhere, SQL, GIT, Jira -
• 2-3+ years' experience with Snowflake, AWS, Oracle -Proven ability to be self-guided and independent in researching requests, opportunities for automation, looking for patterns, delivering results, and understanding impacts in a highly complex matrix environment.
• Strong ability to identify opportunities to optimize, automate, and operationalize applications and processes
• Strong written and oral presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders -Skilled with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint)
• Demonstrated experience/working knowledge of web-based applications desired but not required.

Desired Skills:

• Strong understanding of root cause analysis processes and tools -Strong strategic thinking
• Strong written and oral presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders
• Demonstrated experience/working knowledge of web-based applications desired but not required.
• Experience in financial services or related industry preferred
• Experienced in facilitating project teams, Project Management/Business Analyst Certification (or equivalent work experience) highly preferred
• Familiarity with Decisioning Rule coding/programming is beneficial
• Experience with governance process and procedures is beneficial.
