ASO is looking for a shuttle bus driver to work in Ft. Cavazos, TX. Responsibilities + Drives minibus or van to transport clients, trainees, or company personnel; drives vehicle from individual or central loading area to social services or rehabilitation center, training location, job site, or other destination according to assigned schedule. + May assist disabled passengers into and out of vehicle, secure passengers' wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize wheelchairs during trip. + May operate radio or similar device to communicate with base station or other vehicles to report disruption of service, clean and/or service vehicle with fuel, lubricants, and accessories. + Keeps records of trips and/or behavior of passengers, and perform other duties when not driving such as, custodial and building maintenance tasks. Qualifications + 4+ years driving experience. + Ability to pass Pre-Employment Drug Test and Background Screening. + High School Diploma/ Equivalent. + Ability to receive a favorable TIER 1 investigation. Desired Qualifications: + S. Army 88M series MOS qualification or civilian equivalent. + Valid Driver's License Pay & Benefits: + Hourly Pay Rate : $17.20. Physical Demands: + Ability to lift 60 pounds, pushing, pulling, carrying, stooping, bending, squatting, and reaching. + Work environment includes periodic overtime, exposure to heat, dust, cold, and inclement weather conditions.
