As a Studio Manager with Lumin Fitness, you are an essential member of our team, overseeing all aspects of studio operations.

Responsibilities:
Lumin Fitness is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented leader to manage daily studio operations, drive membership growth, and cultivate an inclusive and vibrant community culture. As a key leader at Lumin Fitness Cinco Ranch, the Studio Manager will ensure operational excellence, maintain brand standards, and support a positive and engaging environment for both members and staff.

The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive leader with a passion for fitness, a knack for sales, and strong communication skills. You'll play a vital role in delivering Lumin's state-of-the-art fitness experience while supporting your team and driving the studio's success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Studio Operations & Member Experience
Oversee all aspects of studio operations, including class scheduling, staff management and member services, ensuring an exceptional experience for every member.

Team Leadership & Development
Lead and motivate a team of Coaches to deliver high-quality classes and support their ongoing training and development.

Sales & Membership Growth
Drive membership acquisition, renewals and retention strategies. Manage sales initiatives and build strong relationships with members.

Community Engagement & Culture Building
Foster a welcoming and inclusive studio culture through engagement activities, local partnerships, and events.

Compliance & Safety Standards
Maintain compliance with Lumin Fitness standards, including safety protocols and cleanliness, ensuring a well-organized and safe environment.

Customer Service & Problem Resolution
Handle member inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and a focus on positive outcomes.

Marketing & Brand Awareness
Collaborate with marketing resources to create and promote engaging content on social media and other platforms to drive studio awareness.

Event Coordination
Plan and execute studio events, such as special classes, open houses, and community outreach activities.

Reporting & Performance Management
Monitor studio performance, complete reports, and track KPIs to support studio growth and success.

Qualifications:
Experience managing a boutique fitness studio or similar fitness facility preferred.

Proven track record in sales and building a strong community culture.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Comfortable with technology.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Able to demonstrate and perform studio workouts and provide form correction as needed.

Personal Training or Group Fitness Certification is a plus, but not required.

Availability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.

Min:
USD $50,000.00/Yr.
