Job description

Title: Project Manager - Site Acquisition and Real Estate Coordination

Description: The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication and diplomatic skills to work professionally with internal and external stakeholders across various management levels. They must demonstrate sound judgment, be highly organized, and pay close attention to detail. This position requires managing multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results with minimal supervision. The candidate should be self-motivated, a quick learner, proactive, and able to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Targeted Years of Experience: 5-7 years

Responsibilities:

Drive project completion and manage site acquisition.

Track vendor performance and ensure project trackers are up to date, while complying with leasing, zoning, environmental, and regulatory requirements.

Work across multiple systems and manage project budgets.

Participate in deployment calls with vendors, third parties, and project teams.

Work with Real Estate Specialists, SAR, law firms, and other stakeholders to prepare and route Deal Memo/Routing Document packages for signature.

Upload real estate agreement documents (e.g., environmental, Title, Attorney Risk Assessments) into NetDocs/FUZE.

Route and process real estate documents, such as leases and Right of Way Permits, for execution.

Communicate project status updates to relevant teams and stakeholders.

Maintain and update site databases with key project milestones.

Manage project budgets by way of POs and ensure proper financial tracking.

Support team members with documentation and perform research as needed.

Lead project management activities, vendor coordination, and ensure project success.

Perform additional special projects as required.

Must-Have Skills:

Excellent problem-solving abilities.

Strong interpersonal skills with sound judgment.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with competing priorities.

Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Detail-oriented with strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficiency in MS Office, Google Suite, and an ability to quickly learn tools such as FUZE SPM.

Desired Skills:

Experience in administrative assistance.

Knowledge of telecommunications real estate and property management.

Familiarity with Purchase Orders and financial tracking.

Project and vendor management experience.

Education/Certifications:

Bachelor's degree preferred
