Overview:

Join Highgate this summer for an exciting internship experience across Accounting and Finance division!

As an Intern you will play a key role within the Treasury and Finance Optimization function. A 10 week rotational program where you'll dive into the financial backbone of our operations, gaining valuable hands-on experience with Cash Management, Financial Reporting, Audit Planning, Compliance Review, Risk Assessment, Data Analysis and Reporting.

A fantastic opportunity to gain valuable experience into the world of corporate finance, audit and treasury operations and contribute to our team!

Responsibilities:
  • Work alongside the Finance team across Treasury and Finance Optimization in a rotational internship program.
  • Provide support on treasury, cash management and reporting, data analysis and reviews.
  • Gain an understanding of internal controls, audit processes and procedures and compliance reviews.
  • Assist with various projects as needed.
  • Must be able to multitask and prioritize departmental functions to meet deadlines.
  • Must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's in Accounting, Finance, or Hospitality Finance (in progress) or a similar degree.
  • Minimum Junior status.
  • Knowledge of accounting and/or finance principles.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables and reports) and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Must be organized with the ability to work accurately in a time efficient manner.
  • Demonstrated communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to participate in a summer internship program of 10 weeks (June to August 2025).
  • You must reside in Dallas, TX during the internship and work onsite.
