As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in guiding projects from conception to completion while mentoring junior engineers and expanding the companys market presence. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, analysis, and execution of structural projects within the energy sector, including oil and gas facilities, refineries, and renewable energy structures.


• Manage and oversee all phases of projects, from planning and design to construction support, ensuring they meet technical, budgetary, and timeline requirements.


• Drive business development efforts by identifying and pursuing new project opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and contributing to proposal development.


• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that promotes professional growth and high-quality deliverables.


• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and best practices in all project work.


• Represent the company in client meetings, presentations, and industry events to enhance business visibility and develop strategic partnerships.


• Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.


• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.


• Extensive experience as a structural engineer in the energy sector, with proven leadership in managing teams and complex projects.


• Strong business acumen with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain client relationships.


• Proficiency in structural analysis and design software, such as STAAD.Pro, SAP2000, or similar.


• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.


• Results-oriented with a strong focus on quality, safety, and client satisfaction.
