Responsibilities:
As Site Operations Coordinator, you'll support clinical care and daily branch operations, ensuring seamless coordination and nurturing our team's growth.

The Site Operations Coordinator performs a wide range of functions critical to the success of the Organization's site locations, including customer and clinical support, human resources support, 3rd party records requests, facilities management, talent acquisition on-boarding, support for Employee engagement activities, and potential field employee payroll support.

Empowering Dreams - Beyond Payroll and Auditing

Oversee payroll and auditing, resolving issues with care and precision.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or Equilavent

A minimum of 2 years customer service experience

Minimum 1 year of medical office related experience

Detailed oriented, strong interpersonal skills and maintains confidentiality

Prefer 2 years of payroll related experience
