DIRECT HIRE POSITION

The successful candidate will have a college level degree in engineering, construction management, or other related technical field, project supervisory expertise, and will have at least 5 years of relevant experience including dredging and/or marine construction.

PLEASE NOTE - This position is a traveling position & rotation based on Company project sites. Meal allowance, lodging, and transportation are provided by the Company. The candidate is unable to pick work location. The Site Manager will be assigned to nationwide projects pending project and their experience.

Responsibilities:

- Site Manager position is responsible for safely and efficiently supervising dredging, beachfill, reclamation, towing, and disposal operations and related dredging project activities. The Site Manager reports to the Project Manager while assigned to his/her respective project.

Requirements:

- College level degree in engineering, construction management, or other related technical field

- Project supervisory expertise, with 5 plus years of relevant experience including dredging and/or marine construction.

- Must be willing to travel extensively 100% nationwide

- Must have 5+ years of recent experience with dredging and/or marine construction

Work Schedule: Rotating Schedule (17 days on/11 days off) Company will fly you home for your 11 days off

Education: College Level Degree in Engineering, Construction Mgmt., or related technical field

Pay Range: The pay range for this position is $100K - $120K; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
