Job Title: Purchasing Accounting Specialist

Job Location: 17725 Katy Fwy, Houston, TX 77094

Job Overview:

The Purchasing Accounting Specialist will support the purchasing department and our franchisees by processing invoices, collaborating with our accounts payable specialists to ensure accurate payment of vendor bills, and resolving financial discrepancies. This role will report to the Director of Purchasing.

Responsibilities:

Primary Responsibilities:

Receive invoices from vendors and reconcile them in Quickbooks on a weekly basis

Work with Corporate Accounting Dept- AP Specialists on their invoice payment questions

Reconcile vendor invoices as received, in Quickbooks and Smartsheets (including equipment order reconciliations)

Assist Corporate AP Specialists in billing out locations under construction

Other responsibilities:

Answer inquiries and follow up with vendors on accounting issues and procedures

Reconciling financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information (monthly statements from vendors)

Special projects, as assigned
