Project Scheduler Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Scheduler to be responsible for developing, maintaining, and managing project schedules for complex midstream infrastructure projects. This role ensures that all project milestones are met within the specified timelines by coordinating with various departments and stakeholders. The Project Scheduler will work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to monitor progress and identify potential delays, ensuring successful project completion.

Project Scheduler Responsibilities

• Coordinate with project teams to allocate resources effectively and ensure they are utilized efficiently across multiple projects.
• Monitor project progress against the schedule, identify variances, and recommend corrective actions to keep the project on track.
• Generate regular schedule reports and communicate schedule updates to project managers and stakeholders.
• Identify potential scheduling risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines.
• Work closely with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project schedules.
• Conduct regular schedule reviews with the project team to assess progress and make necessary adjustments.
• Maintain comprehensive scheduling documentation, including baselines, updates, and changes.

Project Scheduler Position Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field preferred
• 3-5 years of experience in project scheduling, preferably in the midstream, oil & gas, or energy sectors
• Proficient in scheduling software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar tools
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify scheduling risks and develop effective solutions
