Project Manager Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager to be responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of midstream infrastructure projects, including natural gas, crude oil, and other hydrocarbon processing facilities. This role involves managing project teams, budgets, schedules, and ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within scope. The Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with project goals and corporate objectives.

Project Manager Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation, in alignment with company goals and client expectations.
  • Lead multidisciplinary project teams, including engineers, contractors, and support staff, to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Serve as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring clear communication of project status, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Monitor expenditures and implement cost-control measures as needed.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of project schedules.
  • Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Ensure all project deliverables meet or exceed quality standards, regulatory requirements, and client expectations.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, including regulatory agencies, to ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Project Manager Position Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field from an accredited curriculum
  • 7 years of pipeline project experience with at least 3 years related project management experience
  • Professional Engineering (PE) registration preferred
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
