Description

  • Marketing Material Development:

    • Create and coordinate marketing materials to enhance market awareness of the organization's capabilities.
    • Use InDesign to develop brochures for proposals, qualifications packages, and promotional literature.
    • Ensure all marketing materials align with brand standards and maintain quality integrity.
  • Event Coordination:

    • Organize internal company events as well as external industry and client gatherings.
    • Identify and manage logistics for project milestone events (e.g., groundbreakings, grand openings).
    • Oversee the setup and execution of promotional events, ensuring effective branding and engagement.
  • Market Research and Content Creation:

    • Conduct market research and technical writing to improve existing literature and develop new collateral.
    • Collaborate with project managers to gather information and create compelling narratives for marketing materials.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
  • Digital Presence Management:

    • Manage the organization's website, ensuring content is current and relevant.
    • Utilize social media platforms to showcase projects, share news, and engage with the community.
    • Coordinate a LinkedIn posting schedule and manage content collection from various departments.
  • Bid and Proposal Support:

    • Assist in preparing bids and proposals for projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Work closely with project management to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
  • Public Relations and Communication:

    • Identify media opportunities, manage content collection, and collaborate with third-party PR professionals as needed.
    • Communicate marketing initiatives and successes to internal stakeholders.
  • Budget Management:

    • Assist in the development and management of the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource efficiency.

Profile

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Marketing Coordinator, preferably in a professional services environment (construction, architecture, engineering, or commercial real estate).
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign required).
  • Experience in web design and both print and electronic marketing.
  • Detail-oriented with strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
