Job description

Job Description: Provide leadership and direction for the development and implementation of Power BI analytical reporting tools, data analysts, and analytic services for the entire company. Be responsible for collection, aggregation, analysis, and presentation of decision support tools for all departments, including Finance, Accounting, Operations, and RCM. From a strategic perspective, identify and maximize opportunities to utilize data to improve clinical outcomes and business processes, promote the strategic use of information, and enable the workforce to use data analysis and interpretation as a competitive tool. Conduct advanced analytics with big data to get insights for operations and performance tracking. Design experiments, test hypotheses, and build models. Conduct advanced data analysis and design complex algorithms. Design predictive analytics solutions and formulate mathematical approaches to solve business problems utilizing R, SAS, SPSS, or other advanced analytics tools. Review and analyze financial and operations data to model trends, identify relationships, or spot opportunities. Review business information. Prepare compelling and clear data, reports, and presentations to share findings with other business leaders. Brainstorm with peers to generate business improvement and strategic initiatives based on information. Collaborate with other leaders to identify new business models, customer markets/segments, and pricing strategies. Assist with building the business case for needed investments and strategic plans to deliver planned results. Identify and measure financial analytics by supporting the ongoing development and evaluation of KPIs within the business. Implement financial tools and models to support achievement of operating objectives. Optimize revenue and forecasting models to improve business planning. Improve the timeliness and quality of financial metric reporting. Report the metric data collected to the executive staff to improve business plans and processes. Minimum Requirements: Bachelors degree or higher in Industrial Engineering or a related field required. Four years of experience in a decision science or data analytics position using Python, SQL, Sharepoint, Minitab, and SSAS required. Any experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Publisher, Outlook, Chrome, Internet Explorer), Power Platform, and Azure required. Employer will accept a Masters degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field and 2 years of the above-listed experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree and 4 years of experience.
