Our highly regarded and well established Houston law firm is seeking an emerging Attorney to join our litigation team. We are in search of a candidate who has a solid understanding of the litigation process, and a desire to further their career. If you are an associate attorney looking for the opportunity to manage your own caseload and have at least four years of plaintiff personal injury experience, we encourage you to apply!

The ideal candidate should have exceptional communication skills while maintaining a client-focused approach to their cases. As an integral member of our team, you will have the opportunity to manage all aspects of the litigation process. The attorney for this position should be able to manage their own cases. But our partners are always available for guidance and mentorship.

Qualifications:


  • 4-8 years' experience in personal injury law
  • Proficiency in drafting and arguing motions
  • Exceptional skills with written and oral arguments
  • Active membership with the Texas state bar
  • Motivated to grow

  • Responsibilities:

  • Propounding and responding to discovery
  • Conduct depositions and attend court hearings
  • Trial preparation and active participation in trials
  • Attend mediations, active participation in negotiating settlements
  • Manage your own cases
