Overview:
RPM Living Investments is focused on investing in value-add, stabilized cash flow and development opportunities. Through strategic methods and a thoughtful approach, RPM has successfully acquired over 45,000 units and taken over 90 investments full cycle. We continue to grow as one of the largest and most capable vertically integrated multifamily management and investment firms in the country with over 225,000+ units under management. With a current investment portfolio of over 24,000+ units and a robust acquisition pipeline, we are actively looking for a new Asset Manager to join the Investments team to oversee a portfolio of owned assets.

The position: The Asset Manager is responsible for supporting RPM Investments in the management of assets and client relationships.

Responsibilities:
Provide strategic oversight of a portfolio of assets, to include:Financial reporting and analysis to monitor property performance

Identification of property-level and market trends and formulate strategies to maximize the value of each asset in accordance with its business plan

Quarterly property tours and performance reviews for portfolio assets

Review marketing programs and pricing for portfolio assets

Compile monthly and quarterly reports for equity partners

Perform cash flow analysis and generate distribution recommendations

Monitoring the status of renovation and capital improvement projects and perform return on investment calculations

Assistance in preparing construction budget and management of construction draws from debt and equity sources

Compiling market research (e.g. market studies and competitive set profiles) and providing recommendations

Loan compliance and administration

Assistance with acquisitions, recapitalizations and dispositions within the portfolio

Qualifications:
Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college/universityFinance, economics, or other quantitative field preferred

Minimum three years' experience; prior asset management or finance roles preferred

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Physical Requirements:

May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of time

Must be able to read documents, computer screens and data

Must be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computer

May occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 pounds

Must be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 3 days per week.

The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.
