Job description

Job Purpose:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Warehouse Inventory Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inventory levels, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring the accuracy of our warehouse inventory.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.

Record and report discrepancies, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.

Assist with receiving, storing, and organizing inventory in the warehouse.

Maintain accurate inventory records in our management system.

Collaborate with the warehouse team to support efficient operations.

Ensure a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols. Coordinate and count all inventory in the warehouse(s)

Reconcile all locations with the system to ensure inventory accuracy

Responsible for overall inventory count accuracy in the warehouse(s)

Qualifications & Required Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in logistics or supply chain management is a plus.

Previous experience in inventory management or warehouse operations preferred.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Basic computer skills and proficiency in inventory management software.

Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks as needed.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
