Important - Senior Superintendent (Solar) work locations vary depending on project location. Must be willing to travel extensively, rotation is available. Candidates must have a proven track record of experience as a project superintendent in solar projects specifically mechanical (racking/installation).

Our Senior Superintendents, "boots on the ground" are integral in ensuring that a project is completed timely and within budget. They lead the jobsite personnel on a daily basis to ensure that project milestones are met, and materials, equipment and labor are well coordinated. We are searching for someone who has a proven track record of successfully completing projects. Is a road warrior that has no issues traveling. This person should possess key qualities like leadership, business acumen, assertiveness, expert-level communication written and verbal, able to work through conflict, and has a strong sense of integrity.   • The Senior Superintendent is the principle company representative responsible for the daily operations of the project. Acts as the eyes and ears onsite
  • Works closely with the project manager on planning, organizing and overseeing of project execution. Ensures tight communication on any delays, issues or concerns regarding schedule, budget, and labor
  • Manage the project closeout process demobilize all resources
  • Foster team camaraderie by mentoring, managing, and motivating project team onsite
  • Monitor and enforce Company Safety Program
  • Ensures proper documentation is completed and stored properly
  • Develop, maintain, and communicate policies, procedures, and processes that help prevent problems from occurring
  • Maintain positive, productive relationships with ALL stakeholders, including company employees, Subcontractors, Vendors, Owners, Architects, Engineers and regulatory entities

Position Requirements
  • Must have a valid drivers license and unexpired personal auto insurance
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience as Project Superintendent within Solar construction
  • Minimum of 3 years in Renewable Energy utility solar farms
  • Electrical knowledge and experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, etc.) Able to read and understand blueprints and drawings
  • Able to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • High degree of familiarity with contract and subcontract documents, terms and conditions
  • Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this job
