Job Title: Sr. Supervisor, Operations Mangement Job Code: 15130 Job Location: Greenville, TX Schedule: 5/8 Schedule. M-F Job Description: Material coordination manages work in process within manufacturing to ensure workability to increase on-time order completion in support of program milestones. Material coordination serves as liaisons between all support organizations and manufacturing. Essential Functions: Will lead, direct, and review the work of professionals. Will communicate within and outside own functioning area to explain and gain cooperation on procedures. Will make improvements to processes, systems and solutions. Plans and establishes goals and objectives for the team with direct impact on the short-term operational results for the department.
Work will consist of making moderate to substantial improvements of processes, systems, solutions or products to enhance performance of job area. Will opportunities for problem solving and innovation are complex and may require comprehensive information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem. Problems are generally solved through creative solutions, drawing from prior experience and in-depth analysis of issues.
This position requires practical knowledge in leading/managing projects, processes, and employees and has stron knowledge within professional discipline. Qualifications: Requires practical knowledge in leading and managing the execution of processes, projects, tactics, and employees within the team. Typically has extensive knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with understanding of the impact of work on other areas of the organization.
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum 4 years prior relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 8 years of prior related experience.
Position requires a minimum current DOD Secret level Security Clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret Clearance. Preferred Additional Skills: 1+ years experience MS Office Applications, Excellent communication skills
Previous leadership experience
Extensive SAP experience
