Research Analyst IV Location: Greenville, TX Minimum Clearance Required: Ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET/SCI security clearance Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm Travel: Up to 10% CONUS travel We are seeking a Research Analyst IV to provide subject matter expertise and guidance in support of detailed operational and technical analyses of airborne intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) sensors, systems, and architectures. This role will be critical in enhancing our ISR capabilities through comprehensive assessments and recommendations. Who You Are and What You Need: Education: Master's Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physical Science, or a related field is required. Equivalent experience may be considered. Experience: 15+ years of operational experience with airborne ISR systems/networks. Familiarity with DOD and DAF policies, instructions, and directives related to airborne ISR operational and technical requirements. Previous experience managing technical scope, cost, staffing, production, and deliverables from major or prime contract level programs, including overseeing multiple simultaneous research projects is desired. Skills: Mathematical knowledge sufficient to develop models and simulations of complex ISR missions, architectures, systems, and components. Experience managing diverse teams with varying technical skills. What You Will Do: Establish and lead a multi-disciplinary team to define ISR system requirements, tactics, techniques, and procedures for independent performance assessments. Support documentation of assessment results and identify opportunities for system enhancements. Guide the planning, design, development, and execution of models and simulations for sensor/system performance assessments. Deliver products including requirements development, operational concept definitions, feasibility studies, technology trade studies, and performance analyses. Supervise Research Engineers I, II, III, and IV, fostering their professional growth and ensuring project success.
