Job Number 673121BR Description:Lockheed Martin Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) has an excellent opportunity for an Environment, Safety and Health (ESH) Specialist supporting the MFC ESH Business Area (BA) and ESH Director in Grand Prairie,TX. This challenging role will encompass the following:
- Ability to develop new and innovative methods to increase employee awareness and engagement in ESH programs/initiatives.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage work flow to achieve maximum productivity.
- Assist in development and update ESH Management System command media and communications.
- Interface with other MFC ESH Leads and functional ESH staff on multiple areas of engagement and cross-functional support of the business.
- Gather, collect, record, track, analyze and verify data and information from multiple sources. - Employ software applications, websites, and shared data repositories (including the Microsoft Office Suite) to access LM systems, compose correspondence, and create spreadsheets and presentation charts.
Basic Qualifications:
• Environmental, Safety, or Industrial Hygiene (Health) or other technical STEM bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
• Candidate must have exemplary communication, prioritization, strategic and problem solving skills.
• Advanced skills and competency in the use of Microsoft Office applications (in particular Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
• Advanced research skills.
• Strong writing skills as candidate will be composing reports and presentations.
• Ability to travel occasionally

• Technical learning agility (ability to quickly grasp and perform using new technologies).
• Ability to proactively collaborate and coordinate support for high-level program management.
• Candidate must also have strong multi-tasking management skills. • Demonstrated ability to develop new and innovative methods to increase awareness and engagement.
• Understanding of hazard analysis and risk assessments.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
