Job Overview:

Thank you for taking the time to consider this position! We are seeking a skilled IT Manager to lead and manage our IT infrastructure with a strong focus on network and cybersecurity. Reporting to the CFO, this role requires a leader who can guide a team, ensure a stable and secure environment, and drive continuous improvement. The position oversees multiple business sites across the U.S. and globally, offering a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to shape the company's IT landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

- Cybersecurity Leadership: Implement and manage comprehensive cybersecurity strategies, tools, and processes to protect the business from threats.

- Network & Server Management: Design, monitor, and troubleshoot network security and performance, ensuring 99.9% uptime.

- Policy & Compliance: Develop security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards (NIST, ISO 27001).

- Vendor & Team Oversight: Manage IT vendors and lead the internal team in supporting applications, ERP systems, and network infrastructure.

- Disaster Recovery: Plan and execute disaster recovery exercises to maintain business continuity.

- Support & Troubleshooting: Provide technical support for Windows servers, network infrastructure, and more, across all OSI layers.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.

- 10 years of progressive IT experience, with a focus on LAN/WAN networking, security, and server administration.

- Hands-on experience with Cisco and Aruba networking equipment.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Active Directory, O365, Azure, VMware, and Hyper-V.

- Preferred certifications: CompTIA Network , Security , CCNA/CCNP.

- Experience managing teams in IT support environments is a plus.

Interpersonal Skills:

- Strong leadership and communication abilities, capable of influencing across all levels of the organization.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Self-starter with a sense of urgency and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: $100,000 to $115,000 (negotiable based on experience and if relocating)
