The Flying Fish is a well-established and high volume fast-casual service restaurant and we're hiring! We are looking to immediately fill a Restaurant Manager position. Seeking career-minded individuals with high energy and a passion for not only the business they conduct, but the staff they support, and the customers they serve. We pride ourselves on our outstanding food quality and passionate service, and our restaurants have built a reputation of being fun and casual with the best seafood around.Qualifications:At least 1 years (Current or within last 6mo) of Full Service or fast casual Restaurant Management experience. Seafood experience is a plusStrong Back of the House knowledgeExtremely hands on work ethicBi-lingual is a plus, but not necessaryA demonstrated ability to build sales and reach out to the communityThe ability to attract, develop, and retain top hourly talentA track record of building guest loyaltyProven ability to hold team members accountable and motivate a team to succeedMust be able to function in a faced paced environment and on your feet up to 10-12 hours per dayMust be able to transport items up to 50 lbs. on occasion.Must be TABC/ABC certifiedMust have a valid Food Handlers; Management CertificateBenefits:Monthly performance bonuses.Health, Dental & Vision Insurance401K optionsLife Insurance Policy (while employed)5-day work weeksPerformance based advancement to other cities No late nightsFun environmentClosed Thanksgiving and ChristmasJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $45,000.00 to $52,000.00 /year
